All the rooms are featured with necessary amenities and facilities including private bath with hot water facility. These rooms are clean and comfortable and feature a patio that is ideal for enjoying some tranquil time and watching stunning view of garden and forest. Each of the room is painted with bright, earthy colors and has tile floor that keeps the room environment cool and comfortable. All the rooms have wood panel covered ceiling.  In these rooms you will find single or double beds and a private terrace from where you can enjoy the real mountain-hotel view. You will also find handicap rooms that are featured with bathrooms and ramps.

Restaurant and Bar:

There is a restaurant in the lodge property that serves delicious Costa Rican-style dishes. All the meals are prepared carefully and the menu includes fish, chicken, beef, salads, soups, deserts and many more. This restaurants remain open from breakfast to dinner. You can enjoy homemade granola and bread. There is a reading area, next to the restaurant, surrounded by in the distance, the Gulf of Nicoya. You can sit there with your book, computer or family member and get cozy and  lounge-away the afternoon.

There is also a bar that offers a variety of national and foreign drinks and cocktail. At the time of enjoying your drink, you will also enjoy watching stunning views of the nearby forest and in the distance the Gulf of Nicoya.

Activities:

The Original Canopy Tour:

During your vacation at the Monteverde Cloud Forest Lodge, you can get the opportunity to enjoy the Original Canopy Tour with a short, guided hike through the private 70-acre reserve. You can also go for exploring the beauty of the rainforest. This canopy tour starts at 7:30 am, 10:30 am and 2:30 pm and lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours.

Trails:

In the lodge’s 30 hectares of forest there are 5 km of private trails and you can enjoy a trip to the butterfly and orchid garden or the Monteverde Cheese Factory. There you can also learn about the region’s cultural history and try a sampling of local cheeses and ice cream. You can spot more than 180 species of colorful birds. You can also go for a morning walk or night walk and enjoy discovering amazing sights experience, true magic of nature.
