Monteverde Cloud Forest Lodge provides bungalow style accommodations that will make you experience a homely like feeling. All the rooms are featured with necessary amenities and facilities including private bath with hot water facility. Each of the room is painted with bright, earthy colors and has tile floor that keeps the room environment cool and comfortable. All the rooms have wood panel covered ceiling. The Original Canopy Tour:
During your vacation at the Monteverde Cloud Forest Lodge, you can get the opportunity to enjoy the Original Canopy Tour with a short, guided hike through the private 70-acre reserve. You can also go for exploring the beauty of the rainforest. This canopy tour starts at 7:30 am, 10:30 am and 2:30 pm and lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours.
Trails:
In the lodge’s 30 hectares of forest there are 5 km of private trails and you can enjoy a trip to the butterfly and orchid garden or the Monteverde Cheese Factory. There you can also learn about the region’s cultural history and try a sampling of local cheeses and ice cream. You can spot more than 180 species of colorful birds.
